This is a Collective meant to create a community for vinyl lovers while also supporting artists directly through the purchase of their physical music.

Introduction
This subscription kit includes an online store where anyone can purchase records as well as Record Collective members can enjoy the added benefit of exchanging and sharing their existing collections with fellow members. The mission of the Record Collective is to create an online swapping group where members can send in the albums they don’t want anymore, indicate which genres they are interested in, and receive records from other members. This feature allows individuals with extensive album collections to refresh their libraries by trading in unwanted records, enhancing the overall experience of a music community.

This kit includes:
-Welcome booklet outlining the Collective’s mission and how to exchange records.
-Selected records purchased through the online store.
-A branded record mailer to send in old records to be swapped.
-Booklet featuring Staff Choice music.
-Branded laser cut record mat.
-Tote Bag.

Reflection
During this project I gained the knowledge of die-lines, packaging standards, and how to set a product apart in an overly saturated market. I was successful in creating a subscription kit that features a compelling idea and one that I believe many people would want as a service.
